    Fan can harp too much on wins and losses in close games. When you get to the last 2 minutes and a game is tied that's a 50/50 game, so the fact that we won all 5 of these close games against Cleveland/Boston/Memphis is some luck.

    However the fact that we were in 50/50 games with the cream of the crop, there's absolutely zero luck involved in that. I don't know if we're ready to compete for a title this season, but this is clearly a legit great basketball team, with youth to grow.

    1986 --> Rockets 114 LALakers 112

    2025 --> Rockets 114 Celtics 112

    Is 2025 the year of the heart of a champion?

    Stay tuned.

    Disagree, the entire game was good, and besides some pockets of good runs (both teams had double digit leads), for the most part it was a close game.

    Watch it all ;)

    I don't even think we have played Utah yet.

    Agreed; but the breathing room it would give us is what I’m referring to. If we had 10 losses, we could (in theory) rest some guys and not have to worry about our position in the west.

    These 3 wins vs Cavs and Celts cancel out 3 of those disappointing losses.

    yes, exactly. This used to be a prime defensive player, he’s getting worse with each year on D.

    Nah you want young players to care about every game.

    But you also need to give these guys rest before the playoffs. As good as Amen has been; he played almost 42 minutes tonight. More minutes is more opportunity to get hurt.

    I’m not sure why you argue that a cushion in the standings is a bad thing lol. All I’m saying is that a cushion would benefit our team because the 2nd half of this season is going to get tighter heading into the post season.

    Favorite win of the year!! And this is with referees messing up quite a few times. Glad Brooks finally woke up and to do this in that environment, trash talking and all, was really impressive. Obviously our MVP was Amen freaking Thompson :) Our defense was amazing, Amen’s on Tatum kept him scoreless and we just kept battling. Made some mistakes obviously but that doesn’t matter now. We’re the ****.

    I need this with Rockets feed, please someone upload it!!

    The only negative is the game winner wasn’t a buzzer beater, that would've made this the best win in 7 years.
