You are absolutely correct. This defensive intensity did not come overnight just because we added more talent in the draft. Look at the Charlotte hornets or the trail blazers. Tons of defensive and offensive talent but they don't have to right coach to bring it together.

Udoka singlehandedly erased the entire Silas era over a season and a half. I said it before, sign Udoka to a Gregg Popovich like contract.

Rockets have the best type of veterans for young developing team. Guys who don't exactly demand high usage, are still high impact and don't mind young guys taking the spotlight.

Fred, Dillon, Adams, Landale, Green, even Holiday. We need to commend these guys also.

 

Great 2 wins to erase the bad taste of the Detroit L. We're keeping hold of the 2nd seed in our toughest stretch of the season. 3 very important games coming up, hopefully the guys keep riding on this current wave and we finish the month strong.

 

If we beat the Celtics next, then it's a near certainty this team will at the very least have a top 4 seed by the end of the season.

With a young team like this there always is that paranoid feeling it can suddenly collapse but this team's record against winning teams is so damn amazing that I don't think a tough stretch of games can derail this team.

 

A W in Boston would be sweet on many levels, but the key game IMO is the Memphis game. Yes we got the season series, but they're breathing down our neck, we need the W to remain ahead.
