Yeah dunno why it suddenly became a badge of honor for him. Ok he is habitually late for practice and always injured but that's a brand I guess.
Coach said that when Jabari elected not to have surgery that (surprisingly) meant the recovery time would be longer.
"Get surgery, you'll be back quicker." "And no surgery?" "Recovery will be slower." "So....more time off, then?"
Surgery would result in a lot more muscle atrophy and thus more rehab. 4-8 weeks is when the injury heals, it's not when your body is necessarily ready to go full throttle. I think without surgery we may be longer on the injury timeline but ready to go with less ramp up needed basically.
Some people are so insecure with their own sexuality that someone else stretching makes them uncomfortable. Never you mind that he's probably surrounding with flexible chicks while doing so but hey, toxicity is inherently nonsensical.
This is unfair. Humor? Ha. But, no, I would likely have made same choice - - unless the injury occurred 2/22 - 3/1 or so.
Actually when Jabari is shooting well (like his last quarter of a season) he is practically solving every thing that ails the team. Size, more stocks Rebounding PF/Interior defense at the 4 Spacing for Amen/Sengun/Green Less 3PA for FVV/Green Not a liability in transition A sweet-shooting slightly more muscular Jabari is actually the perfect PF for this team. I think we have to give him time to get his rhythm back but if he starts shooting well again we're an elite team. Hopefully next season 37-38% on 6+ 3PA. That would open up the floor so much for our wings.
