Every time the Rox are in Portland, Craig spends time during the shootaround just hanging out with Rockets fans. Really nice guy.

Craig is like a poor man's Worrell. He has potential but sometimes gets in his own way. Who doesn't? Hollins seems like he played everywhere and with everyone in the league BUT the Rockets and their players. Nice guy but I don't see him as a long-term fit. I think he's just getting his experience and then will fight hard to get on with whatever team he really likes once a job opening comes up. I wonder if the Rockets are grooming Green to take over as the next color commentator. He had a good little colorful quote the other day against the Cavs I believe where he said the Rockets are not taking care of business. Like my momma used to say, don't play with your food or it will get cold and the Rockets are struggling now. Something along those lines. It worked and he said it clearly. Now, in front of the camera I don't think he's much but off camera he could be good. Seems like he and Craig might get along. Maybe he can fill in in a pinch if Hollins gets sick and we can see if they have any chemistry.

I don't mind Craig, he's more likely to call it like it is. When Tari fouled Garland he said it was 100% a foul on Tari and Ryan was asking about natural shooting motion. No it was a foul and a dumbass one!

He is way too much of a dork to fit the mold of a typical "great" sportscaster. It's kind of endearing, but I do hope we find somebody a little more like Worrell at some point in the future, who I miss badly. Usually the greats have a strong sense of gravitas, and when they're funny it's in a confident, understated kinda way. Craig is more funny in a cringey "I can't believe he just said that", Dwight Schrute sort of way.

Probably gonna look like this when he finally rides that mechanical bull

Craig is ok. He’s a rockets fan and been with the team a long time. I don’t mind him. I agree with whoever said a poor man’s Bill Worrell. But it’s time for the hair to go, hanging on to that hairline isn’t a good look lol

but Ryan Hollins stinks. The Rockets have a ton of former players to choose from, why have a guy with no relationship to the team with a lack of awareness of its history?

I always liked Bull, wish he was back in there with Ackerman.

I like Gerald Green being in Studio with Calvin, I think that’s been a good addition

Ryan Hollins leaving and Matt Bullard taking over will be awesome.

Matt Bullard is a huge upgrade very well spoken, Smart, cares about Houston.

Even Robert Horry did say why aren't there any past Championship players not working the broadcast in Houston. Robert Horry is correct. Matt Bullard is the one that deserves his broadcast job back.

I agree on Matt Bullard, everyone wants Matt Bullard back, perfect addition. He is in the Rockets Front Office. Would rather put him on Broadcast.

Nah, let's not put Bull back as the color commentator. . . . . .

    Let's put MAD MAX!!!

HO-LY $HIT the gold that would come out of his mouth!

Him next to Ackerman would be HYSTERICAL! Ackerman would be terrified.

This just came to me. How unlikely and awesome would it be to have Olajuwon sit in that booth once in a while as the color commentator. I'd love to hear his reaction if the game got heated.

Craig and Ryan are excellent announcers and we are fortunate to have this crew along withnVanessa. Just watch other telecasts on League Pass (like Philadelphia and Portland with awful women announcers) and appreciate what you are soooo fortunate to have in Houston!!!

The women announcers always try to lower their voice to sound more authoritative. It's disgusting to listen to.
