We need to take our game to Reddit levels and start tracking any private flights to Columbus. Get on it aviation nerds.

I think I prefer Klint Kubiak...

It will be easier for Stroud to run away from the interior of our offensive line than to try and fix them.

I also think physically moving outside the pocket more will make it easier to break some of his habits brought on by ptsd.

Finally, he seems to do his best when he's in scramble drills. I think partly to do with giving his targets more time to physically separate from the defenders. Could also be from reducing the field he needs to read.

I would like to see a WR and RB take in first 3 rounds to give him weapons. Not sure Diggs willing to take a paycut and Tank healthy in time. Let's see what a new coach can get out of these lineman while we slap a bandaid on the issue by getting Stroud moving more.

I know Chip won’t be the HC but if you read some
Of the **** he said to former players, it’s pretty harsh stuff.

I don’t see this generation taking too kindly to that approach

Why is mike mccarthy being given no consideration as an OC? He always seemed like a good offensive mind

    We do
We Don’t have time for an experiment in Jerod. We need a proven OC

Hopefully he's already got a vet OC in mind to replace Slowik.

I feel like you don't can Slowik if you don't already have a shortlist of candidates lined up.

Needed to happen, but shocked it actually did.

Maybe things have changed down on Kirby. Don't care won the division isn't good enough any more.

A double hell no! I would like to see him follow everyone else on that side and disappear from the team. He's just as bad and responsible for CJ's regression as the playcalling and OL.

Never been an issue with the McNairs, thankfully.

DeMeco looked legitimately pissed in the postgame press conference & again in his year-end presser Monday.

He was very obviously not satisfied and it was easy at the time - and certainly with hindsight - to see changes were coming.

    DeMeco’s not ****ing around.

This would indicate the Texans would not be interested in an NFL OC who has not called the plays because he's worked under an Offensive Experienced HC who calls his own plays. I wonder how much riskier a College HC or OC would be than an NFL OC who hasn;t called plays?

Also, the personalities of coaches may be more important than the experience. There is some optimal time where the energy and drive of a younger coach and the experience of an older coach meet.

Regardless, I just hope we get this right immediately.

Pretty much. Lacked quick adaptability. His biggest problem is failure to fix his OL which IS part of his duties.
