Poor Ralph. Plays with Magic in ASG, MVP.
Born 40 years before Wemby defines Ralph.

I read somewhere the Bulls actually offered us the 3rd pick in that draft for Ralph Sampson. In other words the Rockets could have had Olajuwon and Michael Jordan.

I don't know if there's any truth to it, but its fun to think about it if "what ifs" are your thing.

The rumor I've always heard is better than that...it was 3rd pick AND Drexler for Ralph.

Jordan-Drexler-Olajuwon on the same squad, early in their careers would've been the most guady, high-flying athletic show ever put together.

idk.... Spud Webb, Jordan, Drexler, Rodman, Olajuwon? All athletic late 80s team?

We would have been invincible! At least 5, maybe 6 or 7 titles and that's with Matt Maloney at PG in the later years. ;)

Michael Cooper and several of the Lakers were snorting so much coke that they burnt the cartilage out of their nose. Whole league knew it. Many other players on other teams doing the same during this years. No suspensions. That team looked like a championship team until the suspensions. Makes you wonder.

Portland offered #2 and Drexler for Sampson. So we could've had Dream, MJ and drexler

dude had such a nice game. So much athleticism and finesse. I seen one clip at Virginia , he's posting up then does this dream shake-esque turn around and knocks it in off the glass. My grandpa likes to go wax poetic about Dream and Ralphie lol

edit: it's in this. That ACC tourney he was a man amongst boys lmao
