Keurig coffee makers that won't fit tall coffee cups without you having to remove the drip tray. What's the point of having a 12oz option if it's too small for a 12oz cup??
That's the worst. Every business had busy days they didn't anticipate, but I find that many docs for whatever reason can't get their **** together on a regular basis. This is a deal killer for me and I won't go back if it happens two times in a row. It's why I go to a big health network where all of my **** is in their EHR, they have their **** together, and I rarely wait. I check in online, prepay online, walk in, check in, wait 5, maybe 10 minutes, go back, get my vitals, then see a doc within 20 minutes of getting to the office. How hard is this ****? Adding the stress of disorganization to the stress of being sick is terrible customer service.
Agreed, like I had a 10am appt and its now 10:30, I have a life to............if I was 30 min late you would charge me a fee and reschedule me. You are already over charging my Ins company, stop wasting MY time
In this day and age, waiting in a waiting room shouldn't even be a thing. 2024 was the year I decided to finally stop putting off all my health checkups. I had a ton of appts with PCP, Cardiologist, Urologist and lots of blood work appts. All of them offered online check in, online pay, online everything. I never waited more than 5 minutes for any of them.
If only restaurants offered this type of service. Walk in, use an app to grab an open table, order drinks...boom, they're there. Order food, it's there. Button to call server so you don't have to give them the stink eye if they're ****ing around. This doesn't preclude good customer service or the server being on point to fill my drink, which are the things that earn a better tip.
I was tempted to reschedule my appointment this morning, because they have a "$45 cancellation fee"...they cancelled my appointment twice so that should be $90 off, right? I am a patient boy, I wait I wait I wait...
