I think the problem is that Amen can't shoot so we have a hard time just swinging it around the circle. Jalen and Dillon were also super inconsistent from the three point line so they just let us shoot it and collapsed in the paint.

We escaped on our homefloor gentlemen. That was perhaps our worst 4th quarter of the year, but we did just enough in the last 2min to win (and lose? Lol) this game.

Omg I’m glad garland choked we should not have won. Jalen needs to heat back up fast. It will be tough on the road with him shooting 20% . They were letting a lot of contact go until you go underneath on a 3 in the last 5 seconds. Tari did foul him pretty good. He has so much dog in him he gets to energized sometimes.
Now to Cleveland for the rematch. I bet garland makes his free throw in in that one lol.

I’ve been traveling to California, forgot about the damn time zone, turned the game on and saw FVV describing how we won the game. I’ll take 1 point victory. Lol

Garland is shooting 50/43/90 this season on high volume and missed the first two… it’s going to be awkward on the plane when all his teammates are quietly thinking about him choking is the playoffs.

i need to watch the possession where tari fouled garland but i'm pretty sure that wasn't tari's man.

garland went so quick FVV and tari couldn't switch in time so tari panicked close out.

Hard to handle zone defenses when you are one of the worst perimeter shooting teams in the league. Green, Brooks, VanVleet, Whitmore and Sheppard have to be zone busters, and the same goes for Jabari when he returns.
