and the ones who supported him will pretend like they never did just like they now do with george w bush and the iraq war. most trump supporters were also george w bush supporters and also iraq war supporters. but trump has spent the last 10 years trashing the bush family and saying the iraq war is the biggest foreign policy disaster in our nations history (i agree with him on this) and these people love him for it. he single-handedly flipped half this country on their love of bush and thinking iraq war was a just war.

If the people were actually unified, there is no institution or billionares or politicians who could actually stop the will of the people. But the problem is that we are not united, we are divided.
