You can go undefeated. It's not going to change how Mahomes is officiated unless rules are changed. Eventually you play that team.

I agree with the radio guys - it's not an officials issue; it's a Mahomes issue.

My kid plays travel baseball. Many of his tournament games are timed, and I've seen coaches blatantly take advantage when they're leading late and time is running out. They'll have kids tie - and then untie so they can retie - their shoes; they'll make unnecessary (& way too long) mound visits & pitching changes - one time, a coach instructed his catcher to not remove his leg gear in the on-deck circle so he'd have to do it during his AB, and waste time. Just blatant bush league bullshit - and all of it legal because there are no rules against blatantly draining the clock.

Mahomes reminds me of those coaches. What he does is technically legal - but it is making a mockery of the league and their rules. They need to address it.

Mahomes didn't "juke" the Anderson call, that was just the refs being shitbags.

And I too have lost the little respect I had for Mahomes and the Chiefs. You are literally already good enough so why go the extra mile to cheat the system. Strikes me as desperation.

Interesting. I'd wager this gets back to the idea that Mahomes was - technically - hit illegally on the second call.

The Anderson hit..... I've seen it a few times, and really can't tell where he hits him. Again, it feels like a rule that needs some revision because it simply wasn't in any way a dirty play, and penalizing a defender there - especially 15 yards - seems extreme.

The second one - the call on To'oTo'o - he juked in place and baited the defenders. He baited the DB (don't remember which one) on the sideline, too, by slowing down.

The Anderson hit was just a normal football play where I think Mahomes obviously got a favorable call - but, also: that's an impossible play to officiate in real time.

I hate the world we live in with replays. You desperately need it but then, in slowmo, everything looks like a foul. It's the same problem in the NBA. At some point, the guys in black and white need to stop getting baited, stop the bias and being manipulating, then call them game CORRECTLY. That is all we want as fans, and I'm sure the athletes feel the same way.

I blame Caserío for those stupid extensions. He's the GM. They are both highly overpaid for the crappy job they have done on our offensive line. He has us with our hands tied behind our backs for the next 2 years with those two worthless extensions. Yeah, we are screwed in FA, and even if we save a few million trading them off, we lose millions in dead cap for each of them. The worst part is that we will have 3 HUGE contracts coming up after that if we plan on keeping CJ, Anderson, and Stingley. So no, I know it's not realistic to think we sign any top FA coming up the next 3 years.

We better draft well this year, and hope those picks are better than our worst starters, and that we find another couple good receivers for our future and depth. Then we need to draft well the next two years to or keep bettering this offensive line, wide receiver/TE core, secondary, and defense for the future. Their big plan worked on defense, but failed miserably on offense. Our depth just isn't good enough, and some of our best offensive players missed multiple games for injuries. Drafting well is the key, and they need to start focusing more on our biggest weaknesses, instead of defense. Our defense is the least of our problems.

Did you even read the articles? They brought receipts. Ratings, merc sales, subscriptions, all up significantly. That's $$$, not fluff.

The O Line is going to have to be through the draft and hopefully the rookies can outplay the overpaid and underperforming..................If there is a stud LT in the draft, I would not be opposed to trading Tunsil, he is great at times but IMO he is soft and not the dawg this O Line needs, IMO his aloofness rubs off on the younger guys.

We'll need a replacement for him eventually anyway and we need to draft that replacement in the future. I'm not opposed to any top OL in the draft, especially someone better than Howard and Mason.

I’m not sure drafting young, inexperienced OL is the solution. Green, Scruggs & Fisher are proof it’s not easy and/or quick. They need to find veteran help.

    Banks wont be available.

Williams is to slow footed to play RT. Maybe he can play RG?

Majors has a chance to be a good center eventually. But he'll never be more than an avg starter. Maybe start him off at LG.

Conner coming out in this draft?

The league might not do anything about it but I'm betting it's gotten to the point within the player community where they're not going to let it slide anymore. I don't expect the Bills to do anything because there's way too much on the line. But week 1 next season? If he tries this flopping crap again (and consider that I'm a life long soccer player), I'd be willing to bet an opposing coach will take a 15-yarder to send a message. He plays too much like someone who's never been hit in the mouth before.
