Will Jalen Green have a way to train to prepare for Asur's defense at Detroit? ;)

He's definitely going to the rim with more intention than ever. When he's not playing well, it seems like he drives in with no plan.

It's funny how the Jalen critics run outta excuses on Jalen. First it was "another 5 game streak". Then "let's see him do it against good teams". Then "he'll eventually cool off". Looool. There is no best player debate anymore. All the inefficient propaganda can be applied to Alperen Sengun but isn't

Solid game, took them long enough to involve Green more. We really need to learn to be up for these games earlier though. We just going through the motions in the 1st half, finally 3rd quarter showed what we needed to do. There were some great sequences and my favorite one was Tari reading where Robert Williams was going to move to and he literally jump swiped the ball away from him. This guy’s instincts are way up there. Stats keepers did him dirty, he got way more than 3 steals. All good though. Nice game from Cam too. But that stretch in the 2nd quarter where Tate and him went out on their own, early where FVV tried to be Jalen w/ putting all those shots up, was bad.

Let's see. Until he shows he isn't a bust, he will remain a bust. He needs to be on the court to show what he is. Play him. That is on Udoka, who's main claim to fame is having an affair with a fat chick.

I don't want to ever see the return of 20-25 forced shots per game FVV.

Easy win behind a strong second half. It's nice to see our offense convert points when we are ice-cold from the field. By the advanced stats, the Rockets had 49 offensive rebounding opportunities for the game. We secured an eye-popping 46% of our missed shots converted as 23 offensive rebounds (15 in the first half). For the game, our ORB percentage was higher than our shooting percentage. That's ridiculous. The Blazers only had 24 chances for an offensive rebound for the game, securing 8.

Our shooting percentage climbed to 50% in the second half, including 11-19 from the 3-point line (better than our dreadful 3-12 first half).
Also, the Rockets forced 14 second-half TOs as the Blazers got sloppy and frustrated.

I believe the next 5 are against the East for the Rockets. The very best-case scenario is 2-3.

Nevermind, I was trying to be too kind. Scratch the possibility of beating the Hawks. Cavs, Celts, and Hawks all day. Rockets 1-4 over next 5. Best case scenario.

Rockets worried about the Pistons too. lmmfao.:D

Feels like he's figured out how to contort his body to get the shot off. He's never going to truck bigs in the paint, but I've noticed it seems like he's just snaking around them and getting the attempt up. And making a ton of them to boot. Like shots that he would get stuffed early in his career, now he's leaning this way or that and getting the shot.

How's the crowd there now? Had season tickets for about 20 years up until the Lillard era and man the Rose Garden used to be a hell of a home court especially during the Sheeed, Sabonis era.
