Finished LOGH. While it was enjoyable, it felt like watching a novel. So much exposition and narration that felt almost exhausting like I needed a breather after the episode. I liked it, but I wouldn't put it up there like some people do. Caught up on Solo Leveling. Since I kinda want the similar vibe, I started Sword Art Online. I heard that is fairly controversial, but after watching some critically acclaimed bangers of series, I want something kinda mindless and fun. So far it fits that bill in season 1. I also need to catch up on ReZero.
i started watch solo leveling. It's a solid show. I'm watching it at 1.5x speed dubbed. very digestible and easy to watch. I can see why people like it. The hype is crazy though. people need to relax. Im almost finished with season 1. This show is like 20 minutes max. very short. i appreciate that. the intro and outro are literally 3 minutes each, lol
The 40th-anniversary showing is in theaters with the last one tomorrow, I believe, FYI. If you want a theater experience for a classic anime. Or watch it online, whatever
Saw it late years after its release as a child, but yes, time flies. Some Gen Z kids will turn 30 in the next few years. I say, always take care of yourself, find things to be grateful for each day, and enjoy all of it
This one came out a year earlier but the version I saw was the Harmony Gold dub from 87 which was also aired the same year . One of the first cult anime movies I watched. Time flies.
Checking out: Lazarus - Super Cube - The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows - Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentōshō Rocket River
Apparently Super Cube is badass. Described as ‘The Matrix meets DBZ’ Based on this web comic: https://novelmic.com/comic/super-cube-comics/
started watching this anime called Lazarus, and I’m really enjoying it so far…only heard it about this because ads for it kept coming up during the “The Last Of Us” so I decided to check it out when I was watching the 1st couple of episodes, I was thinking to myself that the music score and the atmosphere reminds me a lot of Cowboy Bebop, then I did a google search and lo and behold the creator of Cowboy Bebop is also the creator of this show
Recently finished Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and it was very good with a nice change of pace. The animation was really amazing during the main fights and had a great story/characters. Y'all usually have a great recommendations so I'll probably try Lazarus next.
