Sooo proud of the boys and their fight on a B2B against a very tough team. This team is for real and maybe one piece of away. I am ok with getting healthy and playing this season out! Some of the things I didn't like. 1. Sengun Defense. 2. Rockets not going to Sengun enough and running the offense thru him. 3. Cam body language late in the 2nd quarter. I hate that cry baby ish about him. 4. Missed FVV. I really think he makes this team better. Please just hate on him for no reason. With him, we win this game.
Things I noticed at the game: Ime constantly pulling Amen and Jalen aside to talk to them during free throws and dead balls. Didn't see the Kings coach do it a single time. Cam Whitmore was the only player sitting in his seat on either team's bench during the last 3 or 4 minutes. Jalen and Dillon were the first two Rockets out during shootaround and Jalen spent most of it talking to a coach and watching film. He was also really friendly with the kings stadium staff.
Yeah backup pgs are the most common resource in the L. I was pissed we couldnt get Schroeder for 2 2nds. We dont even know what we are gonna do with our FRPs he can spend our seconds for a backup pg..
If the Rockets play Great Games on National TV. Adam Silver and Referees will give them Calls in the Playoffs. Everyone enjoyed the Game. Even TNT Crew enjoyed it, saying it was 5 on 8, were sad about the Referees.
