    Okay. It's analogy time.

You fall in love and after years together, get married. You're married for many years, but you can never bring your wife to climax. Eventually, you come up with a plan. You're going to bring in her ex-boyfriend to do it for you.

Okay. Sure. She got off. But ew gross!

    Warriors get: KD

Suns get: Wiggins+filler, their own 27 and 29 picks

Rockets get: Warriors 28, 30 picks, 29/31 pick swap

Warriors have nothing after this era. Their picks will be worth more than the Suns. But, they would probably take it for one last chance at a title.

Isn't that why they wouldn't trade him?

They're sitting on a money printing machine in Curry - the Bay Area loves him, and the team generates enormous kudos and future profitability by being loyal to Curry and Green. There will be plenty of time for them to rebuild in a couple of years time - they have all their own picks bar one, and can leverage Kuminga into future assets (either at the deadline or via SnT in the offseason) while giving Curry the Kobe style farewell.

Attracting FAs won't be an issue for them in the future, especially not if they show their loyalty to Curry.

Warriors are not trading curry unless he asks for a trade.

Steph Curry is one of the best role models in the NBA. Everyone who doesnt want him is just salty AF after he kept pounding Harden's ass again and again.

I would def take him for picks, Sheppard and FVV but there is no way GSW is letting go of him.

I would take him before KD 4 sure but they stopped us from at least 2 titles. I couldn't do it. I just hate GS. Very similar to the way I felt about the Jazz and Sonics in the 90s.

We didn't want harden back. And why would we try to go for the guy who is directly responsible for denying us rings during the Harden era?

Any fans that wants curry is exhibiting kd snake like behavior. Can't beat dem recruit them nonsense.

Can't see him ring chasing, 4 rings and with one team his whole career looks better for his legacy. He looks really content, didnt ask the Warriors to make any moves to sacrifice their future. I would just milk the Warriors for paychecks until his ankles give out.

    I agree.
    but….
I would give up Holiday + 110K in cash considerations. SC agrees to league min salary.

    That’s it.

Even though Sheppard hasn’t shown much I think I’ll take our chances with Sheppard.

like I’ve said about Jabari. They fit the time line, and we have time on our side. Curry doesn’t.

also we all have so much trauma from Curry in the playoffs. Idk if that would help

He’s the only old guy I’d be interested in. Fits our personnel. Level-headed vet with championship pedigree. Oh, and one of the best of all time, with the type of game that ages well. The Warriors who beat us are already dead, I don’t mind picking over the corpse for Hall of Famers who can help us now. Point guard is a position we should try to upgrade. I don’t see the downside.

That said, I don’t see GS trading him for anything but a complete ****ing playoff team.

Because he's meant everything to that Franchise. Why didn't Mavericks trade Dirk? Why didn't the Lakers trade Kobe? There's your answer. It would look horrible for Warriors to trade him UNLESS he actually asked for it.

I didn't hate curry and the warriors till I saw the corruption in the 2018 wcf. Until that point in the rivalry I just had to tip my cap to them, but after that series was over I never viewed curry as so far ahead of harden ever again. I saw in real time how corrupt the nba was and I've never viewed the nba the same ever again. One twitter poster made a post saying that the 2018 wcf was the red-pill for most rockets fans like the 2002 wcf was for kings fans. That series stung me so bad, I even stopped caring about the rockets and just followed harden full time. It made no sense for me to watch a rebuilding rockets team not because they sucked but because if the nba dont chose them to make a finals it won't happen. I just find it pointless to get invested in a sport were the results are predetermined. Watching a bad Texans and astros team get young players and rebuild and see the fruits of their labor would never happen in the nba

I said why wouldn’t they WANT to trade him, that’s different from actually doing it. I agree they won’t.
