Blake Lively exposed by Baldoni---it has not ended.. (updated: deffinitely Depp/Heard 2.0)

I've had some bad pasta but I've never sued anyone over it.

 

Balboni either strikes out or hits a home run. One. Or the other. It's a curse.

Not a whole lot of people can say they got MVP votes in back-to-back years (he finished 19th both times, btw)

I mean, they have text messages of the dude hiring people to run smear campaigns on her. I'm not sure what you are talking about with the visible harassement thing, but all the evidence against the dude is pretty damning. Hard to see how he doesn't lose that lawsuit. Regardless of the type of person she is, I would sue too in that instance. Can't let people run all over you like that and try to ruin your career.

 

As the evidence unfold, it's not looking good for Baldoni. His agency is a famous one. They represent lot of Hollywood actors, they left him.

Then later, the evidence of the smear campaign came from phone/text messages that came through the discovery process between Baldoni and his PR firm. Boasting about burying Lively and at the time, successful at casting doubt.

I remember when Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were in their trial. I kept getting videos fed to my Youtube about how awful and unreliable Amber Heard was. I would click on TV and the talking heads on Entertainment Tonight (hey, I watch Channel 2 KPRC at 6:00 and am sometimes too lazy to switch off after) offering unsolicited commentary against Amber Heard. It was obvious Captain Jack Sparrow had called in the big guns for a smear campaign.

Even Bill Maher fell for it.

So this Baldoni dude, with the revealed emails from the company he hired ("we can destroy anyone" or some such thing)? He's toast.

 

I usually dgaf about stuff like this but this one has grabbed my attention.

Seemingly grassroots anti-Lively sentiment emerges online.
Former journalist comes out and says Lively was so mean to her that she left the business.
Evidence comes out that this is at least somewhat the result of a PR firm and not truly grassroots, and this journalist apparently now works for them.
Lively feeds completely out of context communication between her and Baldoni, and the NYT publishes it without any due diligence.
Baldoni gives more context to Variety who publishes a story that really makes NYT look bad/lazy.
Baldoni is now going after Reynolds/Disney saying that the douchebag character Nicepool is meant to mock him.

All of this in interesting because Lively probably is a jerk and Baldoni probably is a douchebag and Reynolds probably is a troll. They're probably all right.

 

Has she revealed her breastasest for courtroom examination yet?

 

the only things that have come to light is baldoni's lawyers selling their case on fox news and his pr team continues to engage professionall trolls and maga social media influencers.

i hate it when celeb rubbish like this starts filtering into my news feed now its starting get more traction again.
