    He seems less surprised that he can do this. That's a little bit of maturity I think. Can still stand to celebrate makes a little less, just stay in concentration mode more often. That will come, but Udoka has done a great job of getting rid of bad habits and installing good ones.

    Two stories:

    1. Jalen has stretches that he dominates the game.

    2. The Rockets haven't played D on par with what they typically do; some of that is because of Denver. But still, the Nuggets have only seven assists on their 19 made shots in the half. Eleven TOs. If their starters hadn't been pretty hot from the 3-point line, they'd be even further behind than 21.

    He is in early 20s not a surprise he will be inconsistent to start his career.

    Only generational talents start out amazing already for other players they will only have flashes and then be better and better as they grow older.

    I wonder how much not playing against Jokic deflated Alpi's motivation for this game. Probably hyped up all day and then Jokic dips out.
