Is this the same Daredevil that made made the incredibly stupid cameo appearance in She-Hulk?

We're in Step 2 of the Marvel TV process. (This also applies for the Star Wars TV process.)

Step 1: The project is announced. Fans are nervous it will suck. But there is a glimmer of hope.
Step 2: Trailer is released. Looks like it's not as stupid as the usual Marvel TV stuff. Nice.
Step 3: More footage comes out. Starting to look more stupid. Worrying, but, hey, surely they've learned their lesson by now, right? Surely?
Step 4: Show comes out. It sucks. Sycophants are completely in denial and assert that it is great, amazing, perfect. Normal MCU/TV fans are feeling disappointed but can't yet bring themselves to admit the truth.
Step 5: The Disney Hater Industrial Complex (DHIC) declares the project a ****ing disaster and some members of this group go way too far in their criticism with over the top nonsense.
Step 6: Disney Sycophants latch onto the worst things said by the fringe members of DHIC and use it to dismiss any and all criticism of the project. Normal MCU/TV fans are now disillusioned by the whole thing and are annoyed by both the Disney Sycophants and the DHIC.
Step 7: Rumors of a new project emerge. Normal MCU/TV fans say to themselves, "I'm not falling for that again..... but, actually.... maybe they've learned their lesson now, eh? Surely?"

Marvel Studios held a New York Comic-Con panel for Daredevil: Born Again earlier today, and even though the trailer that screened wasn't officially released (it was the same as the D23 teaser, anyway), we did finally get an official premiere date for the long-awaited Disney+ series.

The Man Without Fear will return to our screens for a now confirmed 9-episode run on March 4, 2025.

i know im in the minority, but I was never a big fan of the daredevil series. The fight scenes were great though. I'm also not a fan of gory blood filled action. It looks like that is what they are going for in this one. I still haven't watched season 3.

All I'm wondering is, how many more years do I have to wait for Season 2 of Echo??

Netflix ran this series into the ground because they stretched seasonal plot arcs too thin over 13 episodes per season.

Not that I trust them to do anything right, perhaps Disney can avoid boredom with 9 episodes and not rely so much on fight sequences to carry the show.

That seems like the Netflix formula- take a great premise, then stretch it too far. Luke Cage was great...but about 3-4 episodes too long.

Daredevil Born Again was going to be 18 episodes and be sort of a Defenders/Marvel Street Level Hero introduction with Punisher and the gang. Then after The Marvels busted hard and Ant-Man 3 was meh, Disney brass woke up and realized that even finished in the can stuff from the Bob Chapek 'pump out as much as possible regardless of quality' era was garbage.

After some Daredevil test screenings, they decided to do rewrites, reshoots and re-edits and trim it down to 9 episodes. I'm sure that if we see another season some of that footage will be used here and there.

Disney is going the extra mile to fix their flagship franchise. Look at how much they've gone back and redone with Cap 4.

Will it work out? I don't know. It could be a hot mess. Sometimes you have to pitch the batch and start over. Lipstick on a pig only goes so far.

    Or it could be sublime.
