I’m not quite ready to give up on him just yet but he HAS to show us something next year. I firmly believe his success his rookie year and all the praise he got went to his head and he came into this season thinking he’s hot s*** and when things started crumbling around him with injuries and a terrible O line, it really crushed him mentally and he started the yips

This offense is just so bad. It's unfathomable. CJ is not a top 10 quarterback like we thought. He's fringe top 10 when playing at his best, but unfortunately, he treated last off-season like he was a lazy Tom Brady.

He needs an absolute wakeup call this off-season, or I'm afraid he will be one of those guys that keeps you good enough to make the playoffs, but never good enough to go anywhere.


Of course, Slowik needs to be fired, and if not, I question Demeco's leadership.


That's not a quick overreaction, either.

 

Neither team has an o line but the chargers are well coached and their QB is better.
