I appreciate you finally making a post about Jalen without blaming Sengun for something. I do agree with you that Amens skillset and style complement Jalens.
It's not that deep for me that you might be some bot. Its either bot or someone who is willing to waste time typing things on a forum but can't express any sort of nuance.
If we all say we agree with you green sucks would that just make you the happiest person in the world?
I answered the question you asked, if you showed me jalen’s numbers/metrics for this season after his rookie year i would have been incredibly disappointed and assumed the most likely cause was a serious injury, because of how high my expectations were for him as a prospect and after his rookie year. You don’t agree, which is fine. Your stance on jalen is very clear and you will obviously always disagree with anything that disagrees with that stance. I’m the same way with Jokic, that’s why i get called a Jokic stan (though fun fact, i was called a jalen stan before i ever got called a jokic stan).
I’ve never done or seen any research on this so i have no idea which is “easier” but i would assume having better teammates makes it easier.
So Jordan Poole would be even better with his offensive numbers here on the Rockets? Damn he'd be by far our best offensive player.
Jalen had several solid defensive possessions against the Grizzlies (1-9-25). And 3-5 from the field (2-4 from 3) in the fourth quarter. However, he does need to clean up those TOs (3 in the 4th quarter, ouch). As a team, the Grizzlies had 6 steals in that quarter. Considering the Rockets only had 12 TOs for the game, you can see how much we've improved here.
Ya i think he would be better offensively than jalen has been, for sure. Having 40% 3pt shooting on massive volume wouldn’t hurt. We don’t really have anyone who has been particularly good on offense, that’s why our offense sucks.
Poole isnt good on offense, dude doesnt care just ball higs every time. There's a reason GSW chose old ass Draymond over him.
Better than Sengun also right? There is no offensive box score metric Sengun is better at. Poole scores more, is more efficient and has the same amount of assists. I want you to say it. I want you to say Jordan Poole is a better offensive player than Sengun. Go ahead.
So unless you think Sengun is praised by the media for his defense, you must be perplexed how Sengun is praised so much more than a player objectively better offensively and he's doing t on a team that sucks and you believe it's harder to score on a bad tanking team. Like the amount of trash Poole gets by the media and praise Sengun gets you wouldn't assume that according to astrorule's logic that Poole is the better player. Do you think the Wizards would even consider a Sengun for Poole swap?
