The fan base is so divided, it's sick. I don't understand why some people can't just support our team and want our players to succeed. It always has to be about nitpicking or creating unnecessary drama. Why not just appreciate that we're in a strong position right now and enjoy the moment? But let's allow the Fred slander tho.

Idk where you’re reading your rockets news but Sengun played bad and I’m seeing nothing but Sengun criticism everywhere. What’s the problem? Isn’t that how it should be? Or are you looking somewhere that you aren’t seeing rightful criticism for the player who played badly?

I must admit, this game is making me wonder if we would be better off with Sengun aiming for 10 assists rather than 25 points. When Amen and Green were taking turns on them it was so overwhelming to a team anchored by an elite rim protector. We were just holding fort on defense and then like a snake attacking them on the counter. Call it the Cobra Offense.
....the reality is it's a matchup based thing. We need Sengun to be able to eat up the matchups he has an advantage in, and Amen and Green to do the same. The hope is you get 'Jokic good' and EVERY matchup is a sizable advantage for at least one of Amen/Green/Sengun but I think much to SOFs dismay we are witnessing Sengun has legit struggles against the better defensive matchups....and don't worry SOFs, it works. both ways. The reason Green was able to blow up last night is because LA has a HUGE void at guarding good wing players. They JUST traded to get DFS to help mitigate that but the criticism of that trade was that DFS is better at guarding 3/4s than 2/3s so LA still has a weakness with guarding quicker SGs - and that's what Jalen took advantage of last night.
