I still want to see Adams and Alpi together at times. It would have been a great counter to the Celtics playing Porzingis and Kornet together, and sending them both at Alpi. Ime has played Alpi and Adams together exactly ZERO minutes so far.
Yeah. What the stats won't tell you is that he's simply moving a million times better right now than earlier in the season. He's moving his feet quicker, jumping better right now. I think they will ramp him up a bit more soon, by All Star break he should be in game shape and like 90-95% over his injury. We've managed it really well to be honest, don't care if fans don't get it. His added minutes will be great for us.
Ime listened. I missed it, but rumor has it they were briefly on the court together for a second or 2 last night.
Not outright, but his stats look like a guy that got hurt, but is slowly regaining his form/mobility.
Oh he looks much improved from the beginning of the season as far as mobility. I have to think he’s playing in about 80% or 90% right now. Personally, I’m ready to talk extension with him and I am wondering what he would take. I’m wondering what we would pay?
Adams was one of my favorite non-Rockets before he came here, but I think we've added him to the rotation at the right pace.
He has been recovering from a serious injury. He is finally coming around. Used to be one of the best bigs in the league.
Makes the lineup too slow with both of them in there. The opponent would have open threes all day long.
