I know some people involved - anyway - He had no case whatsoever, according to black letter law. A first year law student could have told you that. Anyway, fox didn't really want to sue, nor did their counsel, but O'reilly was apparently the driving force and made a stink about it. They lost, badly, when the judge dismissed the case at the pleading stage - and they dropped it rather than appeal because they just had nothing.
I always reserve judgment in a he said/she said thing. I did it with Kobe and with Calvin too. And, by the way, we'll never know the truth about either of those situations. If there's a tape though, this has nothing in common with Kobe's story and O'Reilly's going down.
He was trying to get Inside her Edition. OK that was weak but at least it was a pun about the correct tv show
I'm pretty sure he's married (or was at the time this was allegedly happening). He says in one of the "conversations" that his wife has a vibrator, but would kill him if he told anyone... oops.
or just be embarassed when people send things to you in the mail with that title. seriously, it's dorky.
Hey out of curiousity, did Bill get the tape Jenna Jamison accused him of asking for? I believe Bill asked for those tapes in good journalistic faith. I did see what the fuss about the porno tapes was all about.
"During the course of Defendent Bill O'Reilly's sexual rant, it became clear that he was using a vibrator upon himself, and he ejaculated. Plaintiff was repulsed" Plaintiff has company.
I dont like the guy, but all this hooplah over a pervert talking about his sexual fantasies on the phone....why didnt she just hang up or better yet when it started why didnt she go to his superior? They are made for each other
