It’s time for us to trade for Fox. we can’t wait on a top 5 player to become available. Thence hope we win the bidding war. We need to continue to improve our team so players want to come here. Sengun Amen Jabari Are the guys that I want to keep out of the deal. Fox really fits much of what we need and shoots the same as our current guards from 3pt land. it’s gonna be painful because we will have to give up value but he will instantly be our best perimeter player by a mile.
Agreed but I’m not trying to piss off the Sengunians. And I do think Sengun may have a higher ceiling than Fox.
Is Fox a winner? No. Does he chuck a lot of threes and make one or two? Yes. Does he play defense? Barely. DO NOT WANT.
I love this trade. We need to get Jalen off of this team. He is a shooting guard who can't shoot, dribble or really score consistently. When he's on he's on, but when he's off he's off and he just can't be trusted. He's 4 years in, time to upgrade. Fox is a stud and a clutch 4th quarter scoring stud. I think him and Fred would work well together and he would take so many touches away from Fred. Fred was a spot up shooter a lot with the Raptors and didn't look for his shot as much. With an elite scorer like Fox next to him, he wouldn't have to be such a chucker. Plus Fred is an expiring, we could use his contract this offseason to trade for another young player. Fred Fox Brooks Jabari Sengun would be a much improved starting lineup. We could even have Fox Cam Brooks Jabari Sengun lineups or imagine Fox Amen Tari Jabari Sengun lineups!
Stop it, Tmac was actually good in the playoffs. He just never had the pieces (likes of Bob Sura). I'm old enough to remember all of it. The year that we actually had a great team (with Ron Artest), he was hurt.
On the King's clutchness, their clutch ratings is not as good as it used to be. If they won more of their close games, it would have been reflected in this year's record and may have prevented the (unfair) firing of Mike Brown. That's more of a team thing than Fox specifically, just adding in context. Fox was clutch and still kinda is. So was Derozen on the Bulls last year, but together, meh. Kings as a team in clutch (so far) is in the bottom half.
