The problem with the team is a lack of closer. When the ball stops going in there isn’t a guy on the roster who can get buckets and make plays. Really sucks that all of the lottery picks they had for past four years didn’t yield such a player.
I have watched this scuffle several times now and have no idea how they pulled a Jalen ejection out of that Refs just wanted to punish the Rockets and not the Heat
Then it’s up to the coaching staff to pull him, or rein him in. If they have Jalen on the floor, I think it’s fair for me to at least expect him to play to his strengths and be disappointed when he doesn’t. I’m still waiting for your explanation for calling me a druggie, though. Tell me what that was about.
You guys can yap about Herro all you want. His reply would be to check the final score and his box score: 27 pts, 6 rebs, 9 ast and he was +13 in a 4-point win. It doesn't matter if you like him or not, he owned the Rockets tonight and his team won. When the going got tough, he continued to score while the Rockets offense crashed. He is exactly the type of player the Rockets need.
Yeah that was wild. Rockets deserve to lose but stuff like this is what turns people off of the NBA. The league needs to get its officials in order, they have way too much of an ego and let things get personal. We know this for a fact. FVV wasn't even screaming at him or anything, he was just clearly frustrated as he should be because they still had a chance to win...and then to get two techs it really felt like he was saying "Yep, you argue with me and your team loses. Good day to you sir."
I absolutely agree with you, unfortunately I feel that relates to another post I made in this thread. Ownership isn't letting Udoka yank the $100,000,000 extension man.
Yup, not even mad at our team... These guys are young and just barely starting to win.... What is infuriating is seeing these teams trying clown when we all seen you get your ass knocked out the playoffs year after year and now Butler is old, Herro honestly ain't $hit but a few games a year and you have no future... You got a w tonight on a young team with players that have a way better future and ceiling than any one in your current roster and possibly any future draft picks you get once you start tanking....
Jalen would be getting like 15 mil/yr on a 2 year deal if Stone let him hit RFA Stone had no reason to give him an extension
Sorry I just read to the end of the message. Drinking during the game and letting Jalen Green absolutely infuriate me. I do apologise @Roomba. Very uncool and immature of me. It's typically why most games I try not to make any posts until I've had time to decompress from my typical Jalen-fueled anger.
