That no Timeout call was complete BS, you know they are going to use a TO if they can't get it in, you literally NEVER see that. I've never seen that and i've watched A LOT of basketball. The ref at that moment just decided to end the game, then made sure the game was ended with two techs. At that point it's a 4 point game, Rockets could still have won. A three and a stop and and another score, not that impossible.
