Any modern offense not coached by Jeff Fisher?

He had a whole lot of blame on himself, but that organization didn't exactly help him out much.

I know it's only year 2 of the rebuild.

But aren't you supposed to get better??

Astros rebuild took a step back in 2016 after a surprise playoff appearance and wild card win the year before (just like the Texans last year). Next year starts 7 consecutive appearances in the AFC Championship game and a few Super Bowls.

Dam, I forgot how bad Jeff Fisher was, he was an 8-8 machine and Young lucked out to have this idiot as his coach

Assuming he sits against TN, that will leave about 17 or 18 days until the home playoff game. Is that enough time for CJ to reset his mechanics and timing?

Under normal circumstances, it's a strong maybe. But with this inept coaching staff, I'm not even sure they can identify what he's doing wrong, let alone come up with a viable correction in such a short amount of time. And even if they do, you then have to solve the massive blocking issues with the O Line, the TEs, the RBs, and the play calling in general. This feels very much like the post-season where we matched up with the Colts in the first round. The team stumbled and bumbled their way into a home playoff game only for the Colts to come in and destroy us. It's very depressing after what started off as a fairly promising season.

I don't see that as a negative. He should still go to the Navy.

$1K? Goff makes $50 million per year. It’s the equivalent of a guy making $100K buying his friend a $2 hot dog.

I mean, I guess it’s the thought that counts? But not exactly newsworthy.

None of it is news worthy. It is his money. Its a weird trend that gets way too much traction.

Guys have been doing this for a LONG time.

o_O What exactly does a 16-second clip of someone at a restaurant with friends tell you about their ability to succeed or fail in the U.S. armed forces? There is no need for you to respond because the answer is nothing.

    Now back to the Texans.

Has the next game been scheduled yet?

    They better have some pride.

Are they really going to let the TITANS sweep them in Week 18?

Why would the texans play any starts in a meaningless game? Let the titans win and drop their draft slot, no brainer.
