    From his 2nd, iirc, short story collection. First was Night Shift. Can't remember which one, but my mom took it away from me when I was 12 or so, because she actually read a bit of what I was reading and decided I wasn't quite old enough for that stuff.

    I always liked his short stories more than his novels.
