I have been saying it and I will say it again, this team is being outcoached. That includes play design, game planning according to the opposition, making in game adjustments. Football is a game of strategy. You don't just create a plan and follow it. Last year they caught the league by surprise. Now that the League has figured them out, know their tendencies, their weaknesses, and their favorite formations and plays, they are progressively beating the dog do out of them. The NFL is a chess match, the Texans are playing checkers.

I agree and even if you wanted to fire demeco right now, no one would want to coach here after firing 2 one and done coaches and then a 3rd after his 2nd year

How many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man!

You desperately trying to seek validation and attention for your team is just sad man. We don’t care about your team.

The asst. coaches do the heavy lifting; there has to be strategic changes in his staff starting with OC. This means he needs to can a close friend. Maybe others as well. This "mess" can't continue into next season. This one is over.

What is needed with this team to beat the Ravens and Chiefs? It seems like we'll always be the red-headed step child of the family that can't be part of the elites.

Houston sports reporters continue to be complete jokes. Softball question after softball question. Demeco should be getting grilled.

This team is undisciplined, and that reflects directly on the head coach. For instance, what the heck was our player doing tackling the Ravens punt returner before the ball got there? I don’t know that I’ve ever seen that before. Also, how many games have we seen this year where we have long gains wiped out by stupid penalties?

I’ve always liked DeMeco, and was ecstatic when the Texans hired him, but he has to do a much better job. A good start would be getting rid of the whole offensive staff once the season ends, which should be on January 11th. There has been absolutely no proof that any coach on that side of the ball can consistently get the job done.

Regarding CJ, he has regressed- he’s simply not as good as he was last year. I know the O line and coaching staff have not been good, but they're not the reason he’s been missing wide open receivers on a regular basis. If this team is going to do anything next year, he’s got to figure things out this offseason.

The only remaining hope I have for this season is to not get embarrassed in our home playoff game.

Finally, I never would have thought that at this point in the season, I’d be more optimistic about the Rockets and the Astros than the Texans…but that’s where I am.

Wouldn't have mattered what defensive game plan they had.. Henry was gonna run for 100 yards and Lamar was gonna do his thing regardless.. Demeco needs to only answer questions about that pathetic offense from here on out. You're gonna have a dud game defensively in the season against top tier competiiton.. No excuse to have a dud offense throughout the season tho

Enough of this I like Demeco bullshit. Dude is a sorry ass ****ing excuse for a head coach. I liked the hire too initially. I sure as hell don't now.
