Rockets 133 Raptors 98.

 

The Rockets should win this, but they better not take it lightly. The Raptors have lost 6 in a row, but aside from against OKC, they were all close games.

 

Let’s go rockets! We should be able to destroy their offense and fvv should play good back in Canada. With road Jalen it should be a boring win. We need it on the first half of a back to back.

 

5 PM in Toronto, Sinatra lifestyle.

 

Another slumpbuster game, even though we aren’t in a slump.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure we’ve actually won all these games while shooting so poorly. It’s legit amazing. A few moves over the next year or two and we are contending for a chip. And it’s crazy that’s no exaggeration.

 

Rockets still play games??

 

Yes. 4 in the next 6 days and then at least every other day with some back to backs through the month of January. NBA scheduling is horrible. Even though we are much improved we are fixing to get a reality check on just how much you can win without a decent half-court offense.

 

We have 17 games between Dec. 27th and Jan. 30. We will be favored in at most 4. It is very much in the realm of possibility that we will not be a .500 team by then. We better win the next 4. The schedule gets easier after that stretch, but changes are needed to make the playoffs if that is your primary goal. I think development is more important, but I know that is an unpopular opinion. I will be nervous about panic moves by the FO.

this game should have been played yesterday instead it's a 1st game of a b2b.

both teams last played Thursday too. to me, the nba schedule is getting worse and worse over time.

 

I'm generally an optimist, but I would say a patient optimist. You are an immediatel optimistic. Congrats that's a good way to look at Sports, especially. If we go 9-8 during that stretch, I would say our playoff chances would be no worse than 50/50. Pretty great for a team that won 22 games 2 years ago.
