This franchise continues to live down to expectations. Anyone who thinks the Texans are anything but one and done is fooling themself.
This is the journey. We have the qb, we have the defense, they will continue to improve. The Texans will win a superbowl, it just won't be this year
A lot of last year too was the schedule. One thing people don't talk about when it comes to parity in the NFL is it is sort of designed this way. You get a last place schedule and so your schedule is actually easier and so you will always have surprise teams in the NFL because one of those last place teams will take advantage of the schedule. Texans had a first place schedule this season and...well, they won't get an A+ this year obviously (unless they make a surprising playoff run) but they do get a passing grade for making the playoffs. People hate to hear that but eventually if you keep making the playoffs every year you're bound to have a run eventually. If you look at all superbowl winning coaches they get to the playoffs nearly every year. So yeah, props on Demeco for that, he's 2/2 with that and if he keeps making the playoffs eventually one of those years will be the one.
Only really bullshit hospitals don't have a trauma center at all. Houston has 2 level 1 trauma centers (located next to one another) 3 level 2 trauma centers (about to be 4) and 59 additional level 3 trauma centers in Harris County alone.
Been nice to see a stronger competitive fight afterwards. Cry and go in a corner vs cry and kick a$$.
Must be nice. I wish we had a quick passing game for Stroud. Feels like most of our plays is drop back 5 steps and look for 20+ yards.
