This was a test and the Texans failed it as expected. We are one and done at best. Even if our talent is there we will never have a gameplan or execution to beat the Chiefs in the Playoffs. The coaching advantage is simply too good.
Can't put this all on Bobby, the line can't protect, identify stunts or open any lanes. Personnel has to shoulder some of this ****. The offense line coach ****ing sucks and he should be fired, We've seen Derek Newton become a pro bowler, if that can happen there's no excuse for this line playing like this
Our coaches and players need like a whole camp to prep for the Chiefs, and even then still will lose. It's depressing knowing that we're just not smart enough with the coaching staff, and not good enough with the players. Still years away from real hope.
Honestly can't be too mad. Offense won't be able to do **** without Dell. Might need to draft a WR or acquire another one this offseason. Diggs is old, Dell probably had a career altering injury...
The defense required to hold opponents to be under 17pts or score pts themselves because this offense goes backwards during crucial moments.

Texans need another weapon. I think Nick did a good job addressing this offseason but again they lost there 2/3 receivers and with Dells injury may need to address it again in the draft. Stroud in my opinion is trying to do to much. That doesn’t happen with a competent OC. Look at Mahomes. It’s a lot of set plays for him throughout the game and their offense is moving the chains methodically. Stroud isn’t good enough to overcome Slowik or this line. That’s why they won’t win in the playoffs. The good news is we saw our superstar QB again for about 2 quarters.
