Without a doubt, KC seems to have different rule book a lot of the time. They've been bailed out by phantom penalties on unconverted 3rd downs at least 2 or 3 times today. You can even hear it in the stadium. If they don't convert, the fans boo until they see a flag. They expect it.
Need more experience on the offensive coaching staff. Stroud doing this much this fast without any sort of that guidance is amazing.
