I don't give a **** about TAMU in that example, it was a stupid and frustrating setup. TAMU win ALSO would hurt the conference. Stupid.
I'm with you except for (the real) UT. They will blow out Clemson regardless as your defense will feast on a weak O-line. Poor Cade Klubnik will be lucky to survive intact. I hope the other UT blows out Ohio State by 30+ points.
Welcome to college football, where fans get so butthurt about rivalry games that they enlist corrupt politicians to introduce laws that make petty sporting antics a felony. Absolutely disgusting.
I was referring to this garbage, which is garbage. https://apnews.com/article/ohio-state-michigan-flag-planting-felony-9835f336a2fad393131ce71a0ee597d0
I apologize for any unintentional butthurt, and I am not going to click that link... but are we talking about Ohio? That would make sense
Any teeth to the Ewers transfer $$$$ offers? I imagine so. It would be wild to see. A natural evolution of the current free market portal system.
Consensus from “insiders” is that he’ll go pro. Hard to imagine him transferring to a better situation than he is in now. Coupled with his injury history, he’s probably best off making the jump IMO.
I agree, I think he goes Pro. As far as the Portal is concerned, I am so over this..........its ruining the way I used to watch and root for teams, its no longer I love X University and now its who can pay me the most for the one or two years I will be here
I heard if he doesn't have a great playoff he might be looking at falling into the 2nd or 3rd round. $4mil offers from other schools. I don't know. Could be interesting. I don't think he looks like some NFL God send but few QBs ever do.
Honestly I think 2nd or 3rd round is about right for him. He could easily play himself back into the 1st with a strong playoff run but there is just a lot of bad tape on him unfortunately. He’ll also benefit from a pretty weak QB class as well.
I have no doubt Ewers is going pro because playing another year in college is far too risky for his career. Also, grabbing $2-4 million in NIL money from another school would tell me Ewers and his handlers have reservations about his professional future. Lastly, 6 QBs were drafted in the first 12 picks this year. He gone!
