Selzer sacrificed her integrity on the way out the door to try to help the Harris campaign. Did she collude with them in this effort? Was she paid? As a reminder, Trump's "felonies" related to campaign finance. Was the fraudulent Selzer poll an in-kind campaign contribution? It moved the betting markets significantly -- much greater impact than the non-disclosure payment that Stormy extorted out of Trump. There's a very good chance that what Selzer did was illegal. This isn't just a polling mistake -- this is likely a coordinated attempt at election interference using fraud and illegal campaign contributions.
The libs are ALL IN when it comes to prosecuting Trump using novel legal theories to go after campaign contributions (Stormy Daniels case). Yet they plead ignorance when their own (more serious) campaign contributions are prosecuted. Total lack of self awareness.
Only if you're impossibly stupid. There's absolutely no proof that Ms. Selzer did anything nefarious and that this is just what her poll at that time found. Are there not more serious and important things for the president-elect to be focusing on at this moment than attacking the media? What an incredible waste of time, especially when you consider it's likely to be thrown out like yesterday's garbage.
Evidently it hurts him more Just so I am clear. . . . is her crime .. . that she maybe made a sh*tty poll? Rocket River
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/20...selzer-des-moines-register-newspap-rcna184494 excerpt: Donald Trump is suing Ann Selzer, her polling firm, The Des Moines Register and the newspaper's parent company, Gannett, accusing them of consumer fraud, according to a copy of the filing reviewed by NBC News. The suit, filed Monday night in Polk County, Iowa, says it seeks “accountability for brazen election interference” over a Nov. 2 poll that showed Kamala Harris up 3 percentage points in Iowa. Trump ultimately won the state by double digits, a difference that his lawyers argue in the suit constitutes “election-interfering fiction.” The president-elect is making the claim under the Iowa Consumer Fraud Act, which prohibits deceptive advertising. "I’m doing this because I feel I have an obligation to. I’m going to be bringing one against the people in Iowa, their newspaper, which had a very, very good pollster who got me right all the time, and then just before the election, she said I was going to lose by 3 or 4 points," Trump said in discussing the suit on Monday. Selzer announced after the election that she would stop polling political contests and move into other ventures. more at the link
Trump doesn't have to be able to prove anything at this stage of the litigation. He is entitled to conduct discovery concerning his claims. Lets see if anything pops up. Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe evidence will be destroyed.
This dumbass doesn't know what fraud is. If she conducted a poll that showed Trump by 3, but in turn published Kamala by 3, that would be fraud. Trump commits fraud all the time. He should know better.
You are right. But, when the shoe is on the other foot we know what Trump will say. no matter what crimes he has committed. WITCH HUNT! They are communists, marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin. Corruption at the highest level. Biden's DOJ, FBI, prosecutors, judges, and the rest of the deep state are corrupt! I did nothing wrong! Trump never admits the truth. He never does anything wrong. He never makes mistakes. That's why you never hear him ever make an apology or admit he was wrong. He just shifts the blame and moves on. Sociopathic behavior for sure.
Maybe they should investigate Musk using Twitter as a platform to support Trump violating election law. Like that will ever happen
