I already explained all of this. Declaring a player is not good and criticizing that player while not performing any in depth analysis of what actually happens on the court during games is both fruitless and pointless since its mere judgement. For any real assessment of a player or conclusion to be formulated you have to look at how a team plays in terms of their sets. How they utilize the Player. How does this coach use him compared to past ones? How is he used relative to his peers? Specifically what factors are limiting production? It’s easy to say player x sucks but there’s nuances and reasons why a player isn’t performing. To be fair I don’t think Sengun has been maximized in this offense either despite dominating touches. The offense as a whole hasn’t been efficient or maximized to its full potential. You and fans love to mention other players but again they dominate in touches. They get offball screens. They don’t play with a scoring big who dominates touches.

yes his defense has improved. It has improved so much he is no longer getting benched unlike last year even when he is misfiring. Rox are so much better this year than last year and JG is part of that improvement even if he can't shoot for crap. Stay mad though!

Your historical stats are part of who you are and your potential, they are not the definition of a player. So you're using his past stats to say he uncontrollably sucks now and won't improve. We and Udoka and the media think we should keep developing him and there's a good chance he's going to develop. You're entitled to your opinion, but don't frame it as a fact when it's not even the majority opinion.
