Bullock wasn’t going high. They both just happened to lower their heads. What’s the difference between an offensive player leading with the crown of the helmet vs a defensive player? I suppose it’s what Demeco said. The onus is always on the defensive player.

Bullock was flying to the ball as intended. Terrible hit, though Tua should have not thrown it that late.
He's not nearly as good as he was last year. Certainly not one of the best this year, last year is a different story.
Saw the receiver having to lower his head a bit it was the bounce from the turf that got him. The hit looked around shoulder level, need to see slo-mo replay. Stroud has said that's why he throws the ball very low when throwing in traffic in the middle of the field. It was in the Tank Dell combo interview.
