I have been planning on running a Texas Hold'em tourney for Rockets tix, but to date I only have 4 paid players. We need 4 more to run the tourney and I will need to receive the buy in by Friday. I plan to run the tourney on Saturday, October 16th at noon if we get four more players, otherwise I suppose we will wait till next year. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to buy in.
One last chance. If you want to join, I will need the buy in by Wednesday at the latest so that I can purchase the tickets on Friday. Please commit on the board and email me ASAP. If we do not run the tourney, those of you that have sent checks are welcome to come to the game we WILL run that night anyway. It will be a $0.25/$0.50 blind cash game. If you don't want to come to that, please contact me so that we can work out arrangements for me to return your check or to prove that it has been destroyed.
Just wanted to notify those that did send in checks that I have canceled the tourney due to lack of support. Contact me and I can arrange to return your check or prove to you (digital pics) that it has been destroyed.
