Pretty proud of the team even with the loss. Actually might eat crow on the Cup. It's a great learning experience for teams who haven't played in these types of games. Also shows some warts that separate regular season performers from playoff performers.

All of our issues reared their ugly head in the second half. Same ones as always. Either way, we move.

    Next Season

    PG Reed Sheppard
    SG Jalen Green
    SF Amen Thompson
    PF Jabari Smith
    C Alperen Sengun
    SF/PF Tari Eason
    SF Cam Whitmore

Rockets need to limit Fred and Dillon next season too many minutes will make them miss shots.
    PG Fred VanVleet
    SF Dillon Brooks

Dillon has been shooting well this season. Theres no guarantee Sheppard will be a better shooter next year.

Dillon played his ass off. But he shouldn't be shooting 13 threes. The whole team shot too many of them.

Should've kept Dennis in the beginning. Jalen loved Dennis passing for Alley Oop passes for Jalen Dunk.
Alperen Sengun enjoyed Dennis Veteran leadership.

When JG is 1/8 and FVV is 1/13 its good DB shot 13.

Theres no such thing as shooting too many 3s. You just have to make those 3s.

To be fair, Tari twice fouled a three point shooter. You can't make that mistake

Starting to think the bad shooting has worn off on Reed Shepperd. Sad he cant see the floor but thats how bad the offense has been running. Someone has to really take the lead to initiate good offensive possessions. Our guard play has been very poor. The FO has to consider a trade to address this. Sad that we drafted the 3rd pick in the draft but we couldnt find a way to get him incorporated into the bench offense.

Without decent shooting, this team Is 1st round playoffs exit at most.

Sure, if you can hit them. This team can't.
