He was a very good player. Sometimes looked lazy but could also be interpreted as unfazed. I liked watching him play and he won a ring in Houston. Astros made a smart move in my opinion.

But at least Bregman took the extension and stayed till he was 30. Tucker was weirdly always gonna leave at the first chance. The Astros had no choice. Springer was mad at the Astros. I’ve always just figured that was why he left. Maybe the scandal too. Bregman signed his extension before the scandal broke. Not sure he would’ve after. Who knows. Correa wanted out too. He was searching for the highest bidder but I think he wanted that to come from someone other than Houston.
