It may be correct, but that type of foul occurs on every single loose ball situation where guys dive on it. They’ll be on top of each other rolling around and they won’t call a foul. So I still think Kerr has a right to be upset. Ultimately, I’ll take the W over GS. But I would have rather won without the call. What should have been called was the foul on Alpi that prohibited him from getting to the rebound of Curry’s shot.

Need to see random things flying into Steve"s mouth. Maybe a Taco? The Millennium Falcon? A swarm of bees? @Salvy make it happen

There's one thing that I'm sure Kerr likes having going into his mouth. :D

I think this was Kerr’s point: that this kind of situation (scrum on the floor for loose ball with 3 seconds left) generally gets called as a jump or timeout, as opposed to nitpicking the exact nature of the contact.

But you could also argue that Kuminga was exceptionally clumsy in the way he tried to get at the ball, and that even with 3 seconds left, the refs shouldn’t let that go.

I personally didn’t think it was that egregious. It didn’t seem more of a foul than Fred diving on GPJr. There were at least 4 separate fouls on that very possession. The first being against Sengun, but we would have gotten the ball with like 8-9 seconds instead of freethrows with 3.5. Honestly, at the time I wanted the possession more than the freethrows because 3.5 with a timeout to advance the ball against the GSW is not ideal. I was fully expecting a Curry shot to win the game. Part of me was even like, f it, I hope Jalen misses number 2 bad enough that it runs out the clock and we go to OT.

I am a terrible person because after years of coming up short against GSW, including the egregious KD out-of-bounds play, I'm just gonna smile and accept this call. And I wanted Jalen to hit those FTs because otherwise we would have had to do something we seemed incapable of, i.e. scoring in the run of play.

I was looking through old Hou at GSW game.

One of the wins 2018 against the Warriors Double Overtime. GUESS the Referee - Bill Kennedy was the Referee.
    Durant was on the Warriors.

    Bill Kennedy broke the Curse.

Getting to watch it in slow mo and on a better resolution... Kuminga definitely fouled Jalen. Like, even for that WWE ass wrestling match of a game that was a clear foul and it got called. Kennedy didn't do us any favors, the league didn't hand us the game, the players did in fact decide that outcome. Kuminga 100% fouled Jalen and it was the right call. I was questioning it as well until I got to watch the replay, that wasn't a soft call or out of the character of the game.

Clutch free throw trait +2 for Jalen.

One stop to win the game +1 Jabari.

GSW go home, Rockets go to Vegas. Square business.

    G
Green being a consistently good ft shooter for his career is what gives me hope he will eventually gain mid range shooting consistency. He just doesn't need to jump as high as possible on every mid range attempt.

Green needs to work on core strength to be able to lean back and get off a shot attempt without jumping so high. You see Sengun do it and SGA do it where they have the core strength to lean back on fadeways with consistent form.

Green needs to workout with Sengun in the offseason so Sengun can teach him how to shoot, Green has super star talent but he will never reach his potential without a mentor and humbling himself before the best player on the team. If Green can focus on learning from the best I think we see him winning most improved player of the year..

That is classless. You need to give poor Steve a break as his momma kamala lost the election. He was the most annoying hugest supporter of Kamala and I am sure that played a part in his being a bigger whiner than ever.
