    Houston isn't Butlers home town and we don't want him. Perhaps Tomball has an NBA team that can trade for him.

    I'd imagine the Warriors and the Mavs would both put in much better offers than the Rockets for Butler. He fits with their timelines a lot more than here.

    Nah. Even for free, no thanks. He’s old and he’ll disrupt team chemistry. The upside isn’t worth the disruption. Butler alone doesn’t turn us into a true contender, so why upset the apple cart to get him?

    I don’t really want Butler unless it is cheap, but it is great that we are now being mentioned as a possible destination for stars who, as the longer quote says, “prefer a win-now title contender in any trade”. What a change from 3 years ago.

    Hollywood Jimmy is 35 years old....... is the only player in the league with more cumulative minutes per game than James Broken Harden..... makes $53,000,000 next year and wants an extension....... sounds like something Tillman will want.

    Maybe we can finally get Harden and Butler together - together they are almost the same age as Rick Adelman.
