Curious question. Don't insurance companies set doctors prices, essentially? I might not call them bureaucrats, but I would assume their mission is the same as a government setting prices.
u have to be pretty stupid to think it’s only the left celebrating his murder…this is universal and lmao at people not caring because he’s white…some of y’all want to be victims and feel oppressed so badly grow up people don’t care because he’s the CEO of a company with by far the highest rate of denied claims…insurers don’t verify your political affiliation before processing your claim…last I checked, right wingers have health insurance and get claims denied too
This case is an incredible story, but it carries with it another story unto itself, which is people's reactions to it. The reaction from the majority of the public ranges from *oh no! anyway meme* to downright bloodlust. The fact this high profile murder is basically eliciting a collective response of "I ain't saying he shoulda killed him, but I understand" is incredible and says a whole lot about our relationship with healthcare and in the insurance industry.
It does I will still fall back to why the rule of law is import and why I also criticize vigilante’s. I absolutely agree there are major problems with how healthcare is provided and the health insurance industries profits are based on denying healthcare. When people start deciding that killing those who they feel is causing misery to them whether it’s going out and shooting those they think are robbers or CEO’s who they believe are profiting off of the misery of others that undermines the safety of everyone in this society.
Yes and no, Medicare advantage plans make so much damn money from what Medicare gives is because of a particular reason…they deny like crap to create red tape it’ll be for an easily refutable reason but then you have to appeal. But then you can’t ever get a hold of a person or set an appt. The filing deadline passes and boom. these people are ****ing evil
The Democrats told me ACA would fix rising healthcare cost and force insurance companies to comply and America would be great again. Now CEOs are terrified. This is the Democrats fault
Biggest mysteries: How did the getaway bike get put in position? It was not with the killer on his subway ride to midtown. How did the killer know the walking path and timing of Brian Thompson on Wednesday morning? Why did the killer get to NYC 10 days prior? What did he do for that long before the date of the murder? Who was the killer speaking to on the phone as he approached the NY Hilton murder scene? What bus did the killer board? An 8am bus out of the Geo Washington Bridge terminal? Why hasn’t the identity been revealed yet — with the facial image from the hostel, you’d think friends, classmates, relatives would recognize him… although perhaps NYPD has been bombarded with names and they want to be sure before making an announcement. Finally, the subway that the killer emerged from prior to the killing does not originate from the upper west side (location of the hostel). Where was he that morning?
Are you just trolling? ACA did lower health care costs. The bill was a compromise to get Republican support. We don't even know the motive of the shooting Just let me know if you're just trolling to try and start a debate or if jumping to these illogical conclusions is something you think makes sense so I can adjust future responses accordingly.
I will give you what I consider a good response for you - For anyone who doesn't qualify for subsidies or have enough money not to worry, healthcare quality to cost has declined significantly. I highly recommend young adults to educate themselves on processes, including how the medical system works and start building a strong healthcare network. Make sure they are visiting a primary care and build a relationship with that provider. The entire healthcare system is rotten and if an emergency happens and a person is not prepared, they have a significant risk of getting stuck with a **** provider. Doctors are not gods and many of them have no business practicing.
