somebody has a mentality problem for sure and it is not the one who built his career all the way up to be an all star and in the mvp race at 22 years old despite being overlooked and earned everything he has by hard work and mental toughness.
And can we please not quote him? This kid is even worse than the haters. At least the haters are irrationally attached against a player. The only person sardunyaya cares about is himself obviously.
Sengun had a bad game. So what? He was player of the week last week. He will be fine. Kerr is just a better coach than Ime. He has no clue how to adjust if Sengun and FVV aren't carrying us on offense.
This post should be required reading for all posters. Well said. Folks take things WAY too seriously sometimes.
The "give me Sengun over Scola" takes are embarrassing. I don't ever recall Scola losing to washed Wiggins role player teams.
Not just a problem here. It's a problem on every single forum, subreddit or social space dedicated to team sport. I told people while the Astros were on their magical run to enjoy it. And to appreciate even the years where we didn't make it to the World Series because some teams go decades without even sniffing the playoffs. And the Astros went to however many straight ALCS and 4 ****ing World Series. That's why the Harden haters annoy the **** out of me. Top 30 player *ever* that gave us some of the most memorable Rockets moments ever and people still hate on the dude. I don't understand it. Appreciate when you have a good thing. Not every good thing means multiple titles and a dynasty. I promise you the Memphis fans still remember the Grit and Grind Grizzlies. Or the Hawks fans with those Paul Millsap teams. The Pistons that won the chip. The Rockets Scola years of going 41-41. Those weirdo Knicks teams with JVG. The Dwight Orlando teams. And so on. This team is annoying but it's fun. They're fun. Now if Sengun could please get his head out of his ass and start making his layups (and Tari and Amen and Jabari and Jalen).
Saw this on realgm forums. This season Alperen is transforming his game to two way star. He is also close to all star.
This metric is so weird. Like is james harden really a better defender than Anthony Davis? I find that hard to believe. It also hates jokic so that automatically makes it suck.
Harden has been a great post defender for almost a decade now, and has been an all around solid defender for years. The days of Harden being the worst NBA defender are long gone.
I don’t think he’s the worst defender. Do you think he’s better than Davis? He’s rated considerably better by that metric.
