Worriers made the distinct decision to not extend Kuminga prematurely, it paid off somehow.

There is chance he walks in RFA but he should have a decent season.

It's not ideal when your center has better guard skills than your "star" scoring guard.

Not really confusing to those who know basketball.

Rockets want Jalen Green to 1) reduce the amount of 3's he shoots x better efficiency 2) take what the defense
    gives us.

I've mentioned how Udoka should use like hockey shift lines. Other teams are also
doing this. Constantly subbing out players for fresher players. Those who are playing
we'll get to play in the fourth.....even finish the fourth.

Don't expect All Star numbers for players on the team, but team success as other teams
give in to fatigue. With the Rockets being a top four team in the West, there will be a good
chance two players get pouched or tagged for the All Star game. Sengun and another.
    __________________
    * Jalen Green was playing while sick for a week.

*Philly: everyone was injured: Embiid/Paul George. Maxey couldn't guard Jalen Green,
Kelly Oubre was last option and he couldn't guard him. No shot blocker for 76ers in
Yabusele (6'8") and washed up Drummond.

*OKC: blitzed Jalen Green while also having two of the best defenders on Jalen (Dort and J Williams).
Chet and Caruso were out but Hartenstien can block a shot or two, especially if Jalen is fighting
to get by the first tier of defense.

*Kings: Fox, Crowder, Keegan Murray couldn't guard Green well. Monk and DeRozan were so-so.
Sabonis had a blk% of 0.0 in that game. Jalen Green family present had him motivated.

*GSW had Gary Payton. Wiggins, Kuminga guarding Jalen with Looney and Trayce
Jackson-Davis geared to protect the rim.

Again Udoka has it that anyone can be the hero.........in the last few weeks we have seen
Jalen Green,Sengun, Dillon, VanVleet, Tari, Amen, Jabari all player of the game. Those who
are left open are asked to step up. One day it's Jalen another it's Sengun, another it's Dillon,
    etc, etc, etc.

What would it take for you to give up on jalen? Or is there nothing that would change your belief at this point

Bradeaux is young, he doesn't understand basketball. They look at analytics. It's more to basketball than meet the eye. If a player is inconsistent, that means he has what it takes, it's just that something is missing....STRENGTH.

    Ant - 225 lbs
    Kobe - 212 lbs
    Jalen -186 lbs
FVV - 194 lbs weighs more than jalen

Jalen needs continue to get stronger and it may take another yr or two. You can't put weight on too fast, especially as slight as Jalen was.

If you look at Anthony Edwards, Kobe Bryant and players of that elk, they were fully developed body wise by year 2 - 3. Jalen still looks like a College player.

So, it's either we wait or we punt and watch him develope elsewhere BUT when he does, I think he's going to be a consistent All-Star.

Ja is playing the PG position, he's matched up against smaller players. I've said it before that Jalen needs to have the ball in his hands more to be productive, similar to Ja.

When he was going off in March....he had the ball in his hands.

Jalen Green is built like Zach Lavine

Does Zach Lavine have “grown man strength?”

what he does have is skill and shooting ability, 2 things Jalen does not

Jalen still relies on full-speed straight line drives to get to the rim…no counters, no real moves

I had been maintaining hope, but him being a good shooter was always a stretch when this is the foundation

unfortunately, Jalen isn’t one of those “ugly mechanics, but it goes in” type of shooters…his mechanics are yielding the expected results

They fact that most people don't get it together until they turn 25. Jalen is only 22.

Have you ever thought why he signed a 3yr contract? I think both him and the Rockets know he needs another 1yr or 2 to reach his peak.

Just more nonsense. He'll be 23 in 2 months btw. What do you mean they don't get it together? Like ya, most players don't win MVP their 1st few seasons but any star player will have CLEARLY shown signs. He got a 3 year deal because stone is obsessed with "his" guys, same reason kpj got an asinine contract. You can't just say "it's ok he sucks for 6 years, just wait for year 7!!!!"

Most players don't learn how to even play the sport until they are 47, we need to be patient and keep giving out undeserved contracts

Many players have ugly or unorthodox shooting forms. I keep reiterating that Jalen needs STRENGTH to become more consistent
