This is embarrassing. No curry nor green and they still manage to beat us. Green is very quick yet continue to chuck threes instead of using his quickness as an advantage. Kevon looney is like an enforcer against the Rockets. Kuminga isn’t even that good but he close the game out against us. This sucks man.

 

Dude go look at the box score. You specifically said when Alpi went to bench. He did some of that with Alpi still in the game. Once Adams came in it was more fvv.

what does it matter if he played 2 minutes of good basketball in 48 minutes.. Alpi had a great fourth quarter too but ultimately they both sucked . Stop trying to say Jalen did anything good especially saying he was good with Alpi on the bench. I'm sick of that narrative and you just keep spitting false statements.

 

I wonder why the Rockets did not use the MLE or at least attempt to use it to sign a quality shooter? It is and has been a glaring weaknesses of this team for years.

Drafting elite college shooters in Bari and Reed may help in the future, but why in the world would we not pursue a proven shooter? Tired of watching this Habitats for Humanity shooting team.

Jalen's only attribute that is elite is his athletisism, which includes his first step and verticle, but lacks any ability to leverage this to his advantage. He is a player devoid of any actual basketball skills or basketball abilities.

What does he do at an above average level for a shooting guard? Hell, what about at an average level?

Why on earth did Sengun coming back into the game? They would be better off with Lansdale in there tonight. He needs to hit rock bottom and rebuild his game in a meaningful way, primarily learning to shoot.

Ah, he most definitely has a touch issue with the exception of the hook shot at times. The only problem with his mentality is thinking he’s capable of shooting more than 10% on one legged fadeaways. The anger is misplaced; they should be angry at him for not developing a passable shot.

He is in year 4 and has not improved in any marginal way and has even regreseed on offense. Yeah that's a bust for a second pick.

Huh? Just because we áre 15-8 does not mean this team does not have a huge issue with shooting that has not been properly addressed in years.

I want to see this team contend at some point, and that is imposible without putting the ball in the basket.

Jalen Green is just terrible and hasnt figured it out. He has speed and agility but he doesnt know how to use it, he just needs to know how to play by changing his speed when he attacks the bucket. But all he knows is full speed, if only he was able to play with high IQ like Harden by implementing slow and fast tempos when he attacks the basket. This guy is NOT our future.

This game it was obvious he has become hesitant to attack, there were a couple times when the defence wasnt set yet and he had a clear path to the basket but he decides to play it safe and pass it around. His confidence is shot and he has no idea how to attack unless it's a transition bucket. When it's a set defence he is FKD.

 

Can you grant a preemptive pardon to general green and President abrahamun Sengun?
