    That’s tame for his standards. I stayed with the Oilers after they left and vividly remember Runyan on two different occasions uppercutted a guy in the nuts. He was ejected for one of the infractions. He was a nasty SOB and an enforcer for the Oilers/Titans. He carried the tradition to Philly after he left Tennessee.

    I was shocked that he got into politics and later his current position.

    the "cup" is simply the NBA's acknowledgement that regular season NBA games are unimportant and uncompetitive

    We are getting very lucky here, time to stop the bullshit and just focus on playing. If they feel the referees were rigging the game, walk out. I have zero respect for the continuous whining and secrecy when we all know there are games that are rigged, but if you continue to play, you are accepting it so all the talk and posturing is asinine at that point. Not saying that game was rigged, but just saying.

    Tari is a good player but not a smart player. He has great instincts but does some stupid stuff on the court and doesn't seem like he's the brightest off the court either. Would tread carefully in terms of betting your team's future on him.
