I appreciate the response, seriously! I can respect the “who cares” mentality when it comes to all the other stuff. I wouldn’t use the word “relevant” to describe it but I just think it’s fun stuff to talk about. That’s why I waste so much time on here anyway. But to each their own.

And trust me you don’t have to explain the Sengun thing to me lol. I get it. And I hope youre able to avoid being physically assaulted for refusing to pledge fealty.

the one question you asked that's interesting was "Do you think Ime is a good offensive coach?" I know lots of folks like to armchair-head coach here and act like they know better than Ime about everything . . . but here's where the 15-6 record, team-defense-leads-to-offense approach, and the ongoing development of a fairly large group of very young players tells me he's exactly the right coach for the job. I don't worry about game-to-game mistakes . . . every player makes them, hell, every coach makes them. But the team is succeeding. And again, just a few shorts years after the Big Tank. Lots of teams go decades and never show progress (until recently, the New York Knicks were Exhibit A). I'm just happy to be able to watch the games now and have my wife not asking me anymore "why the hell are you watching these losers?" (I paraphrase). She didn't get it then, but she gets it now. It's fun watching a team grow up.

The 15 wins were all caused by Alpi though. The 6 losses are on these other losers, and Ime.

If Alpi would have been here in Harden's last year, Harden would have said the team is good enough and that it can be fixed...

It annoys me and devalues the forum. It adds clutter and zero-value content dragging down my experience.

They're all blocked for me. And that's a shame as I was a lurker since 2000 and I certainly remember a time when some of these guys entire ethos wasn't, "can't beat em? join em...and watch me do it wayyyyyyyyy worse."

Do you think any of O's posts now add value to the forum? You literally couldn't recall a post with anything substantive in years - yet he posts multiple times a day. Does that seem like an asset to the forum?

I appreciate you being as deferential and gentlemanly as you've been here but I don't need more kids. Going through the posts relating to their shtick was simply forum babysitting. I block the Sengunatics, Sengun haters, Jalen haters, and the can't beat em join em'ers, etc all the same. My forum experience has improved immeasurably. I was posting once a month on avg for a few years. Now I post all the time. I like it.

You have no right to ruin everyone else’s experience here because you just wanna have fun. You’re not entitled to anything you **** face!

Just put him on ignore. I enjoy most of O's schtick but I have let him know the few times he pissed me off. Thankfully Clutch has given us the ignore function which I use for some trolls. When you use it you do not even see their post when they are quoted. I find O's to be a lovable troll most of the time. I find O's and King Cheetah have a great sense of humor.

How long will certain people keep ignoring or denying it, and clinging to the false narrative they have been pushing for years, that he would never be able to do this?

All I want for Christmas is for Sengun to start making all these god damn gimmies he gets at the beginning of games. He's been starting every game like Goku or something intentionally missing 7 of his first 8 attempts to end up 10 out of 20.

It’s hard to complain. Dude is throwing dimes lately at ridiculous A2T ratios. Chris Paul-esque. All Sabonis does is DHO. Alperen is mixing all kinds of dribble drives and cross court skip passes into his passing diet. Drawing double teams like Charles Barkley out there.

If we did DHOs all game like Sacramento Alperen would be throwing up random 15 assists games on the regular.

I agree it is very annoying. I truly think it is just an adjustment period for him getting used to putting so much energy on defense. I think he will adjust soon. He is #10 in the league at the moment in PER. If his shooting percentage was normal he would probably be in the top 5.

Sabonis can dish out an occasional beauty, but DHOs are just so insanely effective that it's kind of stupid to not run them if you have the personnel for it.
