[2022 Draft/3-75] Christian Harris, LB, Alabama

To’oTo’o and Harris are the future.

 

For the next couple of years it looks like Al Shaair/Harris are the future. I'm not sure how much of a future To'oTo'o has as a starter. White has already taken his spot. White got a lot more snaps than To'oTo'o got last game

 

Yeah. I think To’oTo’o is a career back-up and emergency replacement and a damn good one. You need a lot of depth at LB so he will get plenty of snaps no matter what.

 

Amen, with injuries we need depth and Henry is that guy, solid back up and I am here for it.....I feel super confidant when he is on the field and you can't ask more than that from a back up

 

I think it was a one week anomaly. Im higher on Henry than most. I think sideline to sideline he's a better backer than White currently. Devin is very good at hitting a crease in the pass rush. Both guys are depth pieces if Harris is healthy I would agree with that especially if 4-2-5 is what this defense is going to want to do long term.

 

I agree. I’m wondering if there was a little bit of an injury thing.
Henry has been arguably our best linebacker this season

 

I think Henry will continue to get better as he has a knack for the football, but Azeez has graded out much higher so far this season. Our D plays lights out when Azeez is in there and is significantly worse when he's not. I still think Henry has a solid part on this roster as does White.

 

Azeez has definitely been better when playing, but Henry has answered the bell almost every game.

I bet when Harris gets back they play more 4-3 and really 5-2 with White playing as the extra rusher.

Thats a pretty tough front. Im not sure I like it if it takes Pitre out of the box.

It'll be great to have him back, but the dude's gonna HAVE to be incredibly rusty. I'm not expecting him to play all that great for a couple games.

 

He was great yesterday and had great coverage. The dude is everywhere and plays with so much energy. You could tell how much smarter the linebacker crew was with him back there.

Azeez and Harris together at the same time is going be so nasty

 

It sucks that we cannot get EVERYONE on D to play just one game together...........when healthy, this is a Super Bowl D. Harris was rock solid yesterday

 

Wonder what the Lions are thinking

 

Yeah, he surprised me with how good he looked. So nice to have him back.
