NFL: Your continued disregard for NFL playing rules puts the health and safety of both you and your opponents in jeopardy
    and will not be tolerated.

Also NFL: go play 3 games in 10 days

Yeah the QB can't be touched. Can't hit him too high, might hit his head. Can't hit him too low, you might blow out his knee (like what could happen to every other player on any given play). Might as well put a green jersey on him and declare him off limits to anything rougher than two-hand touch. Quarterbacks are waiting until the last split second to start their slides and the league expects everyone to stop what they're doing and escort him to the ground, at least until someone pulls a Kenny Pickett.

I have no problem with that in the open field.

    Why would you?

Just saw that Runyun is bought and paid for by AIPAC.

it all makes sense now. They always find a way to destroy anyone who supports not killing Palestinian babies.

Maybe Hamas terrorists should stop using Palestinian babies as human shields. AIPAC defends Western values and democratic principles through its support for our strongest ally in the region, Israel.

America first and finally. I hope Israel loses all funding. They can steal it from some other country instead of stealing it from us

In trying times like these the Texans need to ask themselves what would Jack Easterby do...

Lawrence slid too late. Using your picture, they are 4 yards apart when Lawrence initiates his slide. These athletes run 40 yards in less than 5 seconds. They are running towards each other so double that speed to 80 yards in 5 seconds. They cover 4 yards in 0.25 seconds. Do people really expect the defender to adjust to a QB slide in that time? Impossible.

QBs need to start their slide at least 10 yards away from a defender. If the QB is less than that, they should dive to protect themself from the hit that's coming.

this "contreversy" is allowing trevor lawrence in my opinion to escape major media criticism for him being a 300 million dollar BUST of a qb, and being way overpaid. Perfect example is trevor and jags had a goose-egg when the "hit" happened lol

and i dont wanna hear nothing about him playing in a small market, when jameis winston was just as decorated coming out of fsu was thrown to the lambs every week after a loss in the brutal nfc ( 2015 cam, brees and matt ice).

In the meantime the media has all the smoke in the world for dak presscott, russell wilsons, and deshaun watson( who is clearly done with the browns). You almost never hear about daniel jones despite him playing the majority of his career in a huge market. Or carr/cousins types.. qbs getting paid tons of money to help teams win and underperform

Do you have any idea where Hamas terrorists have been hiding/embedding themselves? Under hospitals, schools, mosques, residential apartment complexes, etc. It's impossible not to have collateral damage when the enemy is hiding right behind civilians. We have never seen a battlefield like this before....
