Upon further review, in addition to Alpi's 9 assists, he has been awarded 1 ass-sit for falling down on that last play against Hartenstein. This gives him a triple double for the night

It's extra crazy that people who follow *this team* don't understand that it isn't one guy every night. Consider the arc from Harden, to the tank, to this team. Morphed into a teamwork-makes-the-dreamwork squad and people still so cross arms, foot stomp, angry brow act to notice we're smashing the league with a team that's recalling "heart of a champion" type vibes.
It's beautiful. It's my motto for life now.

Bad Boys really don't work here, I agree... this team really has more the feel of the Spurs during Ime's playing days, with teammates like Bruce Bowen- you play when you play defense. He's even saying it a lot in his post-gamers now.
Oh, and Brooks has the feel of Mario Elie during the Title years. That's encouraging...

De'Aaron Fox is an efficient, dynamic, unstoppable perimeter scorer who is also one of the best closers in the NBA. His head is also screwed on.

He would be a dream acquisition for the Rockets.

Sengun was using DMo's butts sweat tactic to take down Harty.

Also, I believe he grew up in Houston. I'd trade Jalen and a bunch of picks for him in a heartbeat.

Alpe got a roughing from the Thunder and still almost put together a triple double. Jabari had a monster double double too, big time night from them. Dillon was so clutch, and gets that blood pumping.

It's Fred. 38, nails from the line especially in the clutch, that moonball 3?

Offense is ranked 18th what are you on about? I want the team to win but I’m pointing out there are areas we can improve. Also when was I complaining?? I said Şengün needs to play better than Hartenstein in the first half which was accurate.

Half this forum complains that the offense is stagnant and Ime has “poor offensive creativity”. You really going to defend Jalen Green’s up and down play for the last 2 seasons?

You sound like ur highly emotional rather than logical. Are you saying this is a championship contender as currently constructed? What are we talking about

Props to Toyota Center and Rockets fans tonight, it was loudest as it's ever been and felt like we had real home court.

I guess they said the Rockets never won a game this season after trailing after the 3rd quarter until today.

A few thoughts on the game:

1). It’s great seeing Fred back in mid-season form. We are at our best when Fred is knocking down shots.

2). Jalen played good D and didn’t over dominate the ball, but he had 4 TO’s and didn’t really impact the game much. He wasn’t able to finish at the rim tonight. I continue to dislike the Fred/Jalen backcourt combo.

3). I’m happy Reed finally got his free throws, but he needs to learn to move without the ball.

4). Bari is capable of dominating rebounds and he did that tonight. He also played outstanding D. He didn’t shoot great but if he can go 15/14 with 3 blocks he can be effective on off shooting nights, and that would be another huge step in his development. The D is getting better and better.

5). Sengun really picked it up in the 2nd half. We need to keep feeding this guy. Another near triple double and another good defensive performance.

We match up strength for strength with them and it comes down to who makes the most shots.
